The hipocrisy of Damon Hill visiting the statue in tribute to Ayrton Senna at Imola, San Marino

This is hypocrisy... 

Damon Hill, main witness in the trial against the Williams team for negligence, posing for pictures at Imola in front of the tribute statue to Senna.

Damon Hill declared that "Ayrton died because he made a mistake", contradicting all experts reports that the steering column snatched because of a bad designed and executed welding performed by the Williams team before the race. " Fatigue cracks had developed through most of the steering column (70%) at the point where it had broken." 

Patrick Head was found guilty in 2007.
